Characteristics of the test environment

The validations that are implementend in test environment (UAT) for the verification and certification of CFDI are very similar to those that are implemented in the production environment. The following are the differences between test and production environment:

The LCO (List of Obligated Taxpayers) and l_RFC (List of registered taxpayers not canceled in the RFC) are not the same as those for production. This allows the use of Digital Seal Certificates (CSD) that are intended for testing. The RFC and the CSD that are allowed for testing purposes, are those that SAT publishes on its page Más información sobre los Certificados del Sello Digital (Spanish only). Details of the RFCs and CSDs that the testing environment has can be found in the article Test Certificates provided by the SAT.
In production there is no way to use the RFC CACX7605101P8 with certificate number 30001000000400002335. This combination can only be used in test environment.

CFDI issued or stamped on the general platform in UAT only have a 3-month lifespan in our database, while in production the SAT is the one who manages the timespan of the information for download and consultation from its systems: Sovos has no influence in the authority configurations.

The purpose of the test environment is to execute specific business scenarios to verify that the results obtained from our platform are as expected. Stress or volume tests are not allowed in this environment. If an account is identified as running stress or volume tests, the functionality that is generating the tests will be disabled and the account administrator will be notified of the deactivation of the service. If the service is reactivated in the account and it is detected again that stress or volume tests are carried out: the account will be deactivated in the test environment.
